Our "Money Back Guarantee" is intended to assure the Student that they have made the right choice in selecting PHII as their source of classroom training.

We realize that occasions will arise that may cause you to withdraw your enrollment in a classroom course. Should you withdraw your enrollment prior to the end of the first day of classes, you are eligible to receive a refund of 80% of the tuition paid for the course. 20% of the tuition you paid will be retained by PHII to offset the cost of materials shipped to you (materials are not returnable for refund), and expenses incurred by PHII on your behalf.

Please contact your local PHII Campus administrator to secure your refund. Refunds will be credited to the respective Credit Card Account that was used during the enrollment process.
