Note: Registration is available for current and prospective home inspector students, home inspection field trainers, or seminar administrators. If you wish to become registered in more than one category, you must do so separately. Once you have registered in your first category, please “Login” before attempting to register in an additional category. By following this simple process, most users will be able to access all home inspection information using a single “Login ID” and a single “Password”. Because many of our categories of registration are maintained as highly secure, we require the assignment of a unique “Login ID” and “Password” for all registrants.

Any person may join this site as a student. A home inspection student is any person who is interested in attending a home inspection classroom course, seminar, field training, or enrolling in one of our correspondence courses. To remain registered as a student at PHII, you must maintain a valid e-mail address.

If you wish to participate in any of our home inspection courses, please take a moment to review our Student Agreement.

Home Inspection Trainers Needed! PHII is looking for instructors in the following areas:

· Classroom (including laboratory)
· Home Inspection Seminars
· Field Training Instructors

Classroom Faculty and Seminar Faculty are not required to be active professional home inspectors. Field Training Instructors must be active professional home inspectors.

Facility Owners should register here.

Also, each Seminar Facility requires Administration. Those Faculty Members that wish to establish a Seminar may function as Seminar Administrator. The Administrator is responsible for establishing the training to be offered, times/schedules, faculty involved, curriculum, facility, local approvals, conformance to governmental requirements, etc.
