Description: The home inspector here is beginning to observe the overhead power service entering the weather-head at the vertical mast/conduit. The service entry cable passes through the weather-head into the conduit, which routes to the meter base. He will inspect the weather-head to determine if it remains weather-tight, the utility cable for proper support, insulation integrity & connections, the service entry cable for insulation integrity & connection, the service mast/conduit for proper installation and mechanical integrity, and the overall assemblage for risk of failure and risk of electrical contact hazards. testing
